Compact Design for Tiny Heroes
Forget the struggle – with a perfectly compact 16 mm length, Pedoflex files are tailor-made for smaller pediatric mouths and those tricky interarch distances. Think ‘custom-fit cape’ for your endodontic tools!
Flexibility That’s Sure to Impress
Crafted with state-of-the-art heat-treated nickel-titanium (NiTi) wire, these files bend and twist as easily as your favorite plot twist movies! They effortlessly navigate curved primary canals without a hitch – no deformation, no canal transportation, and all smiles assured.
Speedy & Streamlined
Time is precious when working with kids. Operating at 350 RPM and 1.5 Ncm torque, the Neoendo Pedoflex files come with a simplified 3-file sequence (#20/4%, #25/4%, #30/4%), cutting down chair time. Less time in the chair equals fewer nervous jitters, happier parents, and a high-five from you to the excellent design team behind this tool!
Neoendo Pedoflex Rotary Files: where precision meets pediatric care – because happy kids make happy dentists!
Neoendo Pedoflex Rotary Files offer an advanced, child-friendly solution for pediatric endodontic therapy. Tailored specifically to match the unique anatomy of primary root canals, these files feature a compact 16 mm length to allow easy access in small pediatric mouths and restricted interarch distances. Manufactured using flexible heat-treated nickel-titanium (NiTi) wire, Pedoflex files navigate curved primary canals smoothly without deformation or canal transportation. Operating at 350 RPM speed and 1.5 Ncm torque, the simplified 3-file sequence (#20/4%, #25/4%, #30/4%) significantly speeds up treatment time, minimizing patient anxiety and chairside fatigue during pulpectomy procedures.

Directions For Use
-
Prepare access cavity in the primary tooth and locate root canal orifices using hand K-Files.
-
Establish working length using apex locator or radiograph, ensuring working length stays short of the primary apex.
-
Set the endodontic motor to 350 RPM speed and 1.5 Ncm torque.
-
Introduce the Pedoflex file gently into the canal using a light, continuous brushing motion.
-
Work passively to the point of light resistance, brush out of the canal, and repeat until working length is reached.
-
Clean flutes frequently, irrigate thoroughly with mild irrigating solution, and avoid forcing the file apically.
Benefits
-
16 mm short length improves maneuverability in limited mouth-opening cases
-
Significantly cuts down chairside time, improving child patient cooperation
-
Minimizes risk of procedural errors like root perforation or file breakage
-
Preserves natural root canal geometry of primary teeth during canal prep
-
Clear color identification allows smooth, efficient chairside transitions
