Bend It Like Neoblue
Tired of tug-of-war with stubborn root canals? Meet the Neoendo Neoblue Rotary Files, your new BFFs in the endodontic world. Engineered with cutting-edge controlled memory thermal treatment, these champs are unimaginably flexible yet strong enough to resist cyclic fatigue—like a gymnast with superhero endurance!
When Curves Don’t Stand a Chance
Severely curved or calcified root canals? No sweat. Neoendo Neoblue Files are specially designed to navigate even the trickiest anatomies with grace and ease. Thanks to their safety non-cutting tip, you can say goodbye to canal transportation nightmares—precision and predictability are now at your fingertips.
Designed with Safety in Mind
Neoendo Neoblue Rotary Files feature controlled memory thermal treatment technology, delivering extreme flexibility and high resistance to cyclic fatigue. Specially engineered to negotiate severely curved and calcified root canals without rebounding or causing canal transportation, these files feature a safety non-cutting tip and progressive pitch for predictable, smooth endodontic preparation.
Key Features
-
Advanced blue thermal treatment technology for extreme flexibility and controlled memory
-
Pre-bendable wire capability to easily access restricted or posterior root canals
-
Superior resistance to cyclic fatigue, preventing file unwinding and separation
-
Non-cutting safety tip preserves the original canal anatomy and avoids transportation
-
Progressive pitch configuration eliminates the pull-in/screw-in effect
-
Clear laser-etched length markings on the shank for precise depth control
-
ISO color-coded rings for tip size identification
-
Taper ring identification (1 Ring = 4% taper, 2 Rings = 6% taper)
-
Efficient chip flute design for quick debris evacuation
-
Exceptional tactile feedback during canal negotiation

Directions For Use
-
Prepare access cavity and explore canal patency using #8, #10, or #12 Neoprobe / K-Files.
-
Determine working length using an electronic apex locator (EAL) or radiograph.
-
For calcified or severely curved canals, establish a proper glide path using Neoendo Flex Glide Files.
-
Set the endodontic motor to 350 RPM speed and 1.5 Ncm torque.
-
Advance the Neoendo Neoblue file gently with a brushing motion; never force the file.
-
Take the file passively to the point of light resistance, brush out of the canal, and repeat until working length is achieved.
-
Clean cutting flutes regularly, irrigate thoroughly with sodium hypochlorite/EDTA, and recapitulate with a K-File.
Benefits
-
Pre-bendable alloy simplifies placement into posterior and difficult-to-reach canals
-
High fatigue resistance drastically reduces file breakage in tortuous canals
-
Preserves original root canal anatomy without ledging or apical zipping
-
Streamlined sequence ensures efficient chairside processing
-
Clear visual coding enables rapid identification and organized workflow
